1. General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between bha999 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("Player", "User", "you", "your") who accesses, browses, registers on, or uses any product or service available at bha999.app. The Platform offers online casino games, sports betting (including cricket, football, and kabaddi), slot games, fishing games, and related entertainment services targeting adult players in Bangladesh.

By creating a bha999 account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing any part of the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms in their entirety. Acceptance is a prerequisite to accessing any real-money product on bha999. If you are accessing the platform on behalf of a third party, you represent that you have full authority to bind that party to these Terms.

bha999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the platform dashboard or by email to the address registered on the account. Continued use of the platform after notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The version published at bha999.app/terms-conditions at any given time is the binding version.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with bha999's Privacy Policy (available at /privacy-policy) and Responsible Gaming Policy (available at /responsible-gaming), both of which are incorporated by reference into these Terms. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any promotional material, these Terms take precedence.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to bha999 and participation in any real-money game or betting activity is strictly restricted to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. This age restriction is absolute and applies without exception to all products available on the platform, including but not limited to live casino tables, cricket betting markets, slot games, and fishing games.

By registering an account on bha999, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration;
• You are legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction;
• You are registering on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party;
• All information you provide during registration and at any subsequent point is accurate, complete, and not misleading;

bha999 may request age verification documentation (such as a national identity card, passport, or birth certificate) at any time during the account lifecycle — at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or following a review by our compliance team. Failure to provide satisfactory age verification documentation will result in the suspension of the account and the withholding of any pending withdrawals until the matter is resolved. Any account found to belong to a player under 18 years of age will be permanently closed, all winnings will be forfeited, and all deposits will be returned in accordance with applicable procedures.

3. Account Registration & Security

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) bha999 account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under different names, phone numbers, email addresses, payment methods, or device identities — is strictly prohibited. bha999 employs technical measures to detect multi-accounting and will close all duplicate accounts, forfeit associated balances, and permanently ban the underlying identity upon detection.

During registration, players must provide a valid mobile phone number (for verification), a unique username, and a secure password. The phone number provided must be a real, working number registered in the player's own name. Providing false contact information or using temporary/disposable phone numbers to circumvent verification is a violation of these Terms.

3.1 Password & Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bha999 username and password. bha999 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. If you receive a communication requesting your password, treat it as fraudulent and report it to [email protected] immediately.

You must notify bha999 immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation. bha999 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access that arose from the player's failure to maintain appropriate account security. You agree not to share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

3.2 Account Verification (KYC)

bha999 may conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification at any stage of the account lifecycle. KYC documentation typically includes a government-issued photo identification document and proof of address. Players who do not complete requested KYC verification within the timeframe specified by bha999 may have their account suspended and withdrawals held pending completion of the process. KYC is a standard industry procedure and is conducted to protect both the player and the integrity of the platform.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on bha999 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform does not operate multi-currency wallets; all deposits, withdrawals, game wagers, and bonus calculations are conducted in BDT. 4.2 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount on bha999 is ৳200 via bKash or Nagad. Deposits are generally credited to the player's bha999 wallet within 60 seconds of a confirmed MFS transaction. In cases of network congestion or payment provider delays, processing may take up to 30 minutes. Players must use payment accounts registered in their own name. Deposits made from third-party payment accounts will be reversed and may trigger an account review. bha999 is not responsible for funds lost due to the player entering incorrect payment details during a deposit transaction.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawal requests are processed by bha999 within one (1) to three (3) business days from the time of the request, subject to completion of any pending KYC requirements. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible, to satisfy anti-money-laundering (AML) requirements.

bha999 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or withdrawals above a threshold amount as determined by our compliance team. Failure to provide requested documentation within 14 days of the request will result in the withdrawal request being cancelled and the funds returned to the player's bha999 wallet balance.

Players may not withdraw funds that were deposited but have not been wagered at least once (a minimum rollover of 1x the deposit amount applies to all deposits before withdrawal eligibility). This requirement exists to prevent the use of bha999 as a payment processing intermediary.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

bha999 may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, cricket betting bonuses, and seasonal offers (such as Eid and Pohela Boishakh promotions) to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, which form part of these Terms by reference. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these Terms, the promotion's specific terms prevail for that promotion only.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds credited to a player's bha999 account are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (or the bonus plus deposit amount, as specified per promotion) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be requested. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement requires ৳20,000 in total qualifying wagers before any bonus-derived winnings become withdrawable.

Wagering contributions vary by game type. Live casino games, slots, and cricket betting markets may contribute different percentages towards wagering requirements. The contribution rate for each game category is specified within the individual promotion terms. Bets placed on games not listed in the promotion's eligible game categories do not count towards wagering requirements.

5.2 Bonus Abuse Policy

bha999 employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse. Actions that constitute bonus abuse include, but are not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, exploiting bonus terms through structured low-risk betting patterns designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine play risk, coordinated bonus exploitation with other players, and using bonuses in a manner that is inconsistent with genuine recreational play. bha999 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus or bonus-derived winnings where bonus abuse is detected, and to close the associated account permanently.

6. Game Rules & Betting Conduct

All casino games available on bha999 — including live baccarat, live roulette, live blackjack, andar bahar, Dragon Tiger, and live game shows — are operated by third-party game providers including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and Pragmatic Play Live. The rules governing each individual game are set by the respective game provider and are accessible within the game interface. bha999 does not determine the outcome of any casino game; outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or live dealer procedures as applicable.

For cricket and sports betting markets, bha999 reserves the right to suspend, void, or settle markets in accordance with industry-standard rules. Where a cricket match is abandoned, interrupted, or has its result altered by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, BCCI, or equivalent), bha999 will settle affected bets in accordance with its published cricket betting rules. In the absence of a specific rule, bha999's settlement decision is final.

6.1 Errors & Malfunctions

In the event of a technical error, software malfunction, or communication failure that affects the outcome of a game or bet — whether in a live casino game, slot, fishing game, or sports betting market — bha999 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the player's wallet. This applies regardless of whether the error initially displayed a winning or losing outcome. Winnings derived from a demonstrable technical error are not valid and will not be paid. Players who exploit known errors or malfunctions will have their accounts reviewed and may be permanently banned.

7. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

As a condition of accessing and using bha999, you agree that you will not engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other software to place bets, access games, or interact with the platform in a manner not intended for genuine human players;
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid detection, or using bha999 for any financial activity unrelated to legitimate recreational gambling;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information at registration or during any subsequent verification process;
• Accessing bha999 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, or assisting another person in doing so;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, disassemble, or interfere with any part of the bha999 platform, including game software, payment processing systems, or security infrastructure;
• Using abusive, threatening, or discriminatory language in any communication with bha999 staff or other players via any platform channel;
• Colluding with other players in casino games, including using external communication tools to share game information in real time during live dealer games;
• Opening or operating a bha999 account while subject to a self-exclusion order or cooling-off period, whether initiated by you or applied by bha999.

bha999 reserves the right to take any action it deems appropriate in response to prohibited conduct, including but not limited to: immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of all balance and pending withdrawals, reporting to relevant authorities, and civil or criminal legal action where applicable.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

Players may request closure of their bha999 account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Account closure requests submitted for responsible gaming reasons (such as problem gambling) will be processed within 24 hours. Standard account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any remaining balance at the time of closure will be returned to the player's nominated payment method, subject to completion of any pending KYC requirements and provided that the minimum withdrawal threshold is met.

bha999 reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or money laundering, failure to provide KYC documentation, inactivity (accounts dormant for more than 12 months), detection of multi-accounting, or any other circumstance that bha999 determines poses a risk to the platform or its player community.

Accounts closed by bha999 for breach of Terms or fraudulent conduct will not be eligible for a refund of deposited funds where those funds were involved in the prohibited conduct. Where funds are forfeited due to a Terms violation, bha999 will provide written notice to the player at the registered email address explaining the basis for the forfeiture.

8.1 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to exclude themselves from bha999 for responsible gaming reasons may request self-exclusion by contacting [email protected] or by using the self-exclusion tool available in their Account Settings. Self-exclusion periods available are: 6 months, 12 months, 3 years, and permanent. During a self-exclusion period, bha999 will take all reasonable technical steps to prevent the excluded player from creating a new account. Players who attempt to circumvent a self-exclusion by registering under a different identity will have all associated accounts closed and balances forfeited. 8.2 Dormant Account Policy

An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a period of 12 consecutive months. bha999 will notify the player at the registered email address before applying any dormancy fee or closing the account. A monthly account maintenance fee of ৳50 may be deducted from a dormant account's balance. Where the balance reaches zero, the account will be automatically closed. Players who reactivate a dormant account by logging in will not have further maintenance fees applied for the duration of that active period.

8.3 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the offshore jurisdiction in which bha999 operates. In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the bha999 platform, bha999's internal dispute resolution process should be initiated first by contacting [email protected] with a written description of the dispute. bha999 will respond to all formal disputes within 10 business days. Players who are dissatisfied with the outcome of the internal dispute process may escalate the matter through independent dispute resolution channels as communicated by bha999 at the time of the escalation.

bha999 accepts no liability for indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of business opportunity, or losses arising from reliance on information published on bha999.app. The platform's maximum liability to any player in connection with any single event or transaction is limited to the amount wagered by the player in that specific transaction.
